Celia Lyford, co-principal of the cello section for the Heights High Symphony has the honor of being the senior soloist for the Heights High Instrumental Music Department's Midwinter Concert on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Celia will be accompanied by the Heights High Symphony as she performs Gabriel Fauré's Élégie for Cello and String Orchestra.

In this letter, the Heights High School Guidance Department shares information on the upcoming College Credit Plus Informational Night and parent meeting that will go over scheduling for the 2026-2027 school year and high school expectations that will take place on February 5, 2026.

Due to the calamity day on January 15, the Heights High School Counseling team has rescheduled the informational night for the College Credit Plus program to Thursday, February 5 at 6 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

The 15th Annual One-Act Festival will take place on Thursday, January 22 and Friday, January 23 at 7:00 p.m. in the high school's Main Auditorium. The festival will feature six short plays directed and performed by Heights High's Drama Club. There is no cost for admission and doors open at 6:30 p.m.
